About

We collaborate with property owners, cities and neighborhoods to innovate and create integrated business and housing solutions to support the renewal of urban communities.

Our approach to redevelopment focuses on the creation of affordable housing, new business development, and expansion for the reinvigoration of aging neighborhoods.

One in four households is in need of affordable housing. This

need for affordable housing has increased significantly since the recession in 2008, which had a disproportionate impact on individuals at the lower end of the wage scale.

Given the maturity of the current economic cycle, the forecast assumes that the U.S. economy could go through two recessions by the end of the forecast period in 2030. Even under this scenario, all 50 states and the 50 metropolitan markets will need new multifamily housing and business development going forward to meet a growing population base.

Harbor East Group and its partners pride themselves on working with business owners, developers, contractors, cities, municipalities, and stakeholders to build top quality market rates, affordable housing and business development for its citizens, which in turn, strengthens local communities.
